1. What is the CLEANFUEL Fleet Card?

The Cleanfuel Fleet Card is an efficient solution to conveniently manage your fleet’s fuel requirements. CLEANFUEL offers two (2) Fleet Card options to cater to your needs.

  • Driver Card – The card bears the authorized cardholder’s name and is applicable to any vehicle or service unit operated by the driver/cardholder. Valid ID may be required to verify cardholder’s identity.
  • Vehicle Card – The card is assigned to a specific service unit. It bears the company name, plate number and type of vehicle. Purchase is dedicated only to assigned unit regardless of driver. This ensures that purchased fuel is loaded only into the assigned service unit. One Vehicle Card is assigned to one service unit only.

2. Can limits be assigned in the purchases of my fleet?

Yes. Credit limit can be assigned per fleet card.

3. Is there a minimum requirement to avail of the CLEANFUEL Fleet Card?

There is a minimum requirement of Php 20,000 worth of fuel purchase per month for PO/credit accreditation.

4. Can I use my CLEANFUEL FLEET CARD for offline transactions?

To ensure that no unofficial business will be conducted, transactions while the station is currently offline will not be entertained. This is for the security of the PO client.

5. What if the VEHICLE CARD does not match the service unit?

Request to load fuel to a service unit with a non-matching Vehicle card will not be considered. This will safeguard the interest of the partner company in case there are unreported fuel transactions or lost cards.

6. Can I still use the old Authority to Withdraw (ATW) form in purchasing fuel?

If the client has established a control/monitoring system using hard copies of the ATW, they can still use the form only this time, reproduction will be the responsibility of the client. 7. What if my fleet card has reached its credit limit?

A note will be reflected on the POS receipt if a fleet card has reached 80% of its credit balance. It is recommended to settle the amount due in full to reinstate the card balance and avoid any inconvenience thereafter. You may request for an SOA for billing reference. In the case when a card has reached or gone over its credit limit, transaction will not be entertained as a control measure set by the client. For emergency cases, a Driver Card may be used to conduct purchase.

8. Where can I use my Cleanfuel Fleet Card?

You can use your CLEANFUEL Fleet Card in all Cleanfuel stations. You may also refer to Cleanfuel’s branch list at website: www.cleanfuel.ph/location

9. Where can we access the reports?

Reports are sent monthly or bi-monthly. You may contact Cleanfuel at 655-9219 to request for a detailed consumption report.

10. Where can I settle my CLEANFUEL Fleet Card bills?

Check payments, credit card payments and check deposits are accepted. Bank details are stipulated in the contract unique to each client.

11. Are there card fees?

No fee is required, for initial card issuance.

12. Can the Driver card be used even if the person operating the vehicle is not the person indicated on the Driver card?

Yes. The transaction will still be honored by Cleanfuel. The Driver card may be used by appointed persons either by the partner company’s controller or executives.

13. What if I lose or damage my CLEANFUEL Fleet Card?

The CLEANFUEL Fleet card, especially the Driver Card, should be secured always as it is very similar to a credit card and may be subject to misuse. The client is in full control and responsible for the card at all times. Accompanying fees for replacement of lost card or damaged card is Php 150.00
