GENERAL GUIDELINES
- The Paskong Panalo Promo is from November 17, 2021 to January 26, 2022.
- Customers can join the e-Raffle promo when they purchase ₱500 worth of any fuel products (AutoLPG, Diesel, Clean 91, and Premium 95) or any Motul engine oil in a single transaction at any Cleanfuel station to get 1 e-raffle entry .
- Multiple entries will be entertained as long as the customer has proof of purchasing ₱500 worth of fuel products (AutoLPG, Diesel, Clean 91, and Premium 95) or any Motul engine oil in a single transaction at any Cleanfuel station.
- This promotion is only open to all members of Cleanfuel who are VIP card holders; however, for non-VIP card, we encourage customer to apply in order to validate e-Raffle entry.
- Cleanfuel shall have the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate.
- Employees of Cleanfuel Group of Companies, advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- The Paskong Panalo ng Cleanfuel PROMO is applicable for cash, credit card, or any e-payment transactions.
- Deadline of submissions will be at January 26, 2022 at 11:59PM
- This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promos and discounts
- P.O, Bulk, and Fleet transactions will be disqualified to join.
- The electronic raffle draw will be held at Cleanfuel Head Office in the presence of a DTI representative scheduled on January 28, 2022
- Customers can only win once (if their entry was drawn for a specific prize, he/she is disqualified to win in another category regardless of how many entries they have submitted)
- Winners will be notified via SMS and email to their registered contact details.
- Winners can redeem their prize until sixty (60) days from receiving the notification of their prize.
- Prizes will be released to winners at the Cleanfuel Head Office at Marcos Highway, Sitio Daan Cainta, Dela Paz, Pasig City.
- Winners must visit the Cleanfuel Head Office (Marcos Highway, Sitio Daan Cainta, Dela Paz, Pasig) to claim their prize; they must present the following:
- Any valid ID
- Cleanfuel VIP Card
- Screenshot of the registered notification
How To Join: (For Customers)
- Customers can join the e-Raffle promo when they purchase ₱500 worth of any fuel products or any Motul engine oil in a single transaction at any Cleanfuel station to get 1 e-raffle entry.
- After the purchase, the customer can automatically scan the QR Code (Paskong Panalo wobbler design) attached at every Cleanfuel dispenser that will lead them to Cleanfuel’s Paskong Panalo Sign Up Page (https://www.cleanfuel.ph/raffle/).
- Once they have visited the website, they will be asked to fill up the following details:
- First Name:
- Middle Name:
- Last Name:
- Mobile Number:
- Email:
- Home Address:
- Date of Purchase:
- Station: (a dropdown box will appear where the customer will choose which station they have transacted)
- S.I Number:
- Amount of Purchase:
- VIP Card Number:
- Picture of Receipt: (to be sent in the form)
- Once the customer has filled up the form, they will receive an SMS notification once their entry has been approved within forty-eight (48) hours (approved for filling up correct details.)
RAFFLE DRAW:
- Winners will be picked per batch according to the prizes, entries that have already been chosen in a specific batch will be eliminated in the event that their entry appears in the next batch of the draw. As specified below:
- Thirty (30) winners will be picked to receive a Cleanfuel Full Face Helmet

- Once entries that have been chosen for the previous batches, remaining entries will be sifted for the Grand Raffle Draw.
- Five (5) winners will be picked to be given ONE (1) YEAR WORTH of FREE FUEL
