Ang isang Pump Attedant ay may tungkulin na magbigay ng serbisyo sa lahat ng mga Costumers na pumapasok sa Cleanfuel Gas Station.
Ang panatilihing malinis ang Forecourt/Selling Area at Palikuran/CR ay sakop din ng kanilang tungkulin.
Ang pagbibigay tulong sa mga gawain ng Cashier at Station Supervisor na may kinalaman sa operasyon ng Station gaya ng tank level dipping, pagtanggap ng delivery, cashier reliever at iba pa ay kasama din sa kanilang trabaho.
Ang isang Kahera ay pangunahing tungkulin na pangalagaan ang pera galing sa benta ng kompanya.
Siya rin ay may tungkulin na siguraduhin na tama at maayus ang pangagalaga ng produkto.
Siya rin ang kahalili ng Station Supervisor sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa Station.
Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and on schedule.
The Project Engineer is the middle man between the Project Manager, Design Team, and Owner and in charge of document control for the project.
This goes from the plans and specifications to, submittals once the project is complete. He/she is responsible for tracking and negotiation of change orders for the project.
Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures
Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff
Prepare work schedule to staff
Control inventory and order ar per requirements
Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
Train new and existing staff
Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
Plans and secure executions of programs on service and cleanliness quality standards, achievement of sales forecasts and profitability of all stations under designed area.
Ensures achievement of stations sales forecasts and profitability of all stations.
Keep track of controllable costs of all stations within your area ensuring that such is maintained in an acceptable amount.
Ensures that all crisis occurrences including customer complaints are given adequate attention and coordinated with Vice President.
Ensures corrent implementation of operational policies, systems and procedures such as cash control, station cleanliness, customer services, etc.
Monitor and analyzes relevant trends occuring your area including competitor’s check and potential site assessment
